As a Contact Center Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in resolving complex issues, answering inquiries, and providing support that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contact Center Representative at the Rope Technology PLC in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates)

Job type:

• Contract-based, with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance

Work Environment:

• This position is typically based in a call center environment, requiring flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Location Preference: Candidates in Goro, Koye Feche, Tuludimtu, Summit, Bole, or areas near the IT park (Goro Road to Tulu Dimtu)

• Remote Work Eligibility: Must have a reliable internet connection and a PC to support remote work.
