Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional registration or construction license.
• Additional training or certification in Project Management, Construction Management, HSE, or Ǫuality Management is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant construction experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years in a senior site management, Construction Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing medium- to large-scale building, infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, or similar construction projects.
• Strong practical experience in managing structural, architectural, finishing, and coordination of MEP works.
• Experience managing subcontractors, large construction workforces, equipment, and multiple work fronts.
• Experience in project schedule monitoring, productivity management, and construction resource planning.

Required Technical Knowledge

• Construction methods and sequencing.
• Structural and architectural construction.
• Finishing and coordination of MEP works.
• Construction drawings, specifications, and BOǪs.
• Construction planning and scheduling.
• Manpower and equipment planning.
• Productivity measurement and improvement.
• Quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Construction safety management.
• Quantity measurement and work progress verification.
• Construction contract administration and variation procedures.
• Knowledge of FIDIC or similar construction contracts is an advantage.
