Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience: 1-5 years

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the school compound.
Ensure the school compound, facilities, and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Supervise and coordinate compound support staff, including cleaners, guards, and other assigned personnel.
Monitor the condition of school facilities, equipment, furniture, and other property and report maintenance needs.
Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, sanitation, waste management, and other compound services.
Ensure proper implementation of school safety, security, and compound management procedures.
Monitor the use and availability of cleaning and maintenance supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
Support the preparation and coordination of school events and activities requiring compound arrangements.
