Job Description

Implement procurement compliance procedures.
Collaborate with the Procurement Compliance Coordinator to align financial reporting with compliance requirements.
Support the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with auditors to address inquiries and resolve issues related to procurement documents
Implement audit recommendations to improve financial and compliance processes.
Work closely with the Procurement Compliance Coordinator, procurement team, and finance department to ensure alignment on financial and compliance objectives.
Regularly review and update procurement documents.
Conduct regular evaluations of procurement processes and supplier agreements to ensure compliance.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to line manager.
Provide guidance and support to procurement staff on compliance-related issues.

Requirements

Education:

BSc/BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field of study

Experience:

. 3 years of related work experience (experience at international company is an added advantage)

Required Skills

Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERPAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.• Strong financial analysis
