Communications & Graphic Design Intern

Job Summary

ESEDA is looking for one high-potential intern to join our team for a two-month in-person intensive program. We're looking for an individual who demonstrates the skills and drive to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship. If you're a storyteller and visual creator passionate about renewable energy, we want to invest in your career.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Fresh graduates

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Writing in-depth articles, event recaps, project case studies, and monthly newsletters

• Designing reports, social media assets, event branding, and infographics

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional command of written English and Amharic; ability to simplify technical concepts; a "research-first" mindset

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or advanced Canva skills; a strong eye for typography and layout

• Highly motivated, professional, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interest in sustainability and green energy
