Coffee Cupper

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Coffee Science and Technology, Food Science or with relevant field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in coffee cupping and quality evaluation

• Quantity Required: 2

• Gender:  Female only

• Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate coffee quality through cupping and sensory testing.

• Identify coffee flavors, defects, and quality issues.

• Prepare and conduct coffee cupping sessions.

• Grade and classify coffee according to quality standards.

• Record and report cupping results.

• Check coffee quality and consistency.

• Support QC and export quality control activities.

• Maintain cleanliness of the cupping laboratory and equipment.

• Communicate quality findings to production and management teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of coffee quality and cupping procedures

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Willingness to learn and work in a professional coffee export environment
