Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Completed Grade 12, or hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or any other field of study.
• Previous experience in retail or direct sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, honest, and target-driven.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide assistance as they enter the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture styles and designs.
• Explain product materials, prices, and warranty information clearly.
• Complete sales and accurately process invoices or payment-register transactions.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follow up on customer orders and delivery status.
• Work toward meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
