Available Positions

Position 1: Camera Man and Video Editor

Position Goal:

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into finished products ready for broadcasting.

• Work with camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.

• Operate various technical equipment, including single and multiple portable cameras, remote-control, and electronic cameras.

• Take briefs and understand the production team's needs and specifications.

• Trim footage segments and arrange film sequences.

• Add music, dialogue, graphics, and effects.

• Create rough and final cuts.

• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.

• Consult with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process.

• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices.

Position 2: General Service Officer (Male) — RE-ADVERTISED

Minimum Qualifications:

• Protestant Christian Male with a degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.

• Diploma holders: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Degree holders: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Liaison or coordination experience is an added advantage.

• Previous experience in a church or faith-based organization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control church supplies and assets.

• Coordinate building maintenance and repair works.

• Handle transportation and logistics services.

• Supervise support staff, including cleaners, drivers, and security personnel.

• Manage liaison and coordination with external service providers and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procurement procedures.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Receptionist / Clerical Support — RE-ADVERTISED

Minimum Requirements:

• Committed Protestant Christian with flexible working hours.

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or another field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in reception, clerical support, operations, or office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and professionally assist visitors, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support.

• Manage office files, records, and correspondence.

• Receive, organize, and distribute departmental communications.

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items upon request.

• Prepare reports and letters.

• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.

• Support data entry and record keeping for departmental activities.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Missions Department Head.
