Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Chief Steward.

Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Diploma/TVET Level V in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel, with supervisory experience in Stewarding.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety standards.
Competencies required:
- Good knowledge of industrial dishwashing systems and professional cleaning equipment.
- Strong understanding of chemical handling, cleaning procedures and waste management.
- Proven leadership, team-building and staff development skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, operating equipment control and cost-control abilities.
- Highly organized, attention to detail and commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with others, positive and energetic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
