Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and make authorized cash payments.
- Prepare cash receipts and payment documents.
- Maintain accurate cash records.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Manage petty cash according to approved procedures.
- Deposit collections into the company bank account as instructed.
- Safeguard cash and financial documents.
- Prepare daily cash reports.
- Coordinate with accounting and finance.
- Report cash shortages, excesses, or irregularities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Accounting, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Minimum Computer / Software Requirement
- Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is preferable.
- Basic computer skills are mandatory.
