OPEN TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Technical Assessment, Accessibility Design and Supervision of Accessibility Adaptation Works and Equipment in the Target TVET Institutions
Project: SECOND LIFE AID 013244/10/9
Ref: CIFA/PC/2026/362
Under the framework of the project “SECOND LIFE”, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), CIFA ETS is launching a call for experts for the provision of consultancy services for “Technical Assessment, Accessibility Design and Supervision of Accessibility Adaptation Works and Equipment in the Target TVET Institutions”. The overall objective of the assignment is to contribute to the creation of more accessible and inclusive learning environments in the two target TVET institutions by translating the findings of the existing vulnerability and accessibility assessments into technically feasible infrastructure adaptations and disability-inclusive equipment solutions.
Requirements
Qualification
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, civil engineering, construction or related fields.
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or directly related discipline,
- Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility, universal design and/or disability-inclusive infrastructure.
- Ability to prepare technical designs, drawings, technical specifications and Bills of Quantities.
- Knowledge of construction supervision and quality control.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
