Brand Manager

We are seeking candidates across seven distinct roles who will help strengthen the company’s brands, expand market presence, drive creative marketing initiatives, and support sustainable business growth.

Purpose: Manage and strengthen the TOP Water and TOP Soft Drinks brands through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Duty station: TBIT Offices

• Salary and benefits: As per the TBIT salary scale and benefits policy

• Required documents: Updated CV, copies of educational credentials, and relevant work experience certificates

Skills & Competencies

• Key competencies: Brand strategy, market analysis, project coordination, and brand performance management.
