Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities: Branch management, credit and loan operations, savings mobilization, customer service, business development, financial and operational control, compliance, staff supervision, performance management, reporting, and branch administration.

 Duty Station : Adama

Job Requirements

Required Competencies:

• Master's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

• 6+ years of microfinance/banking experience, with 2+ years in managerial or senior supervisory position.

• Proven track record of meeting aggressive business targets.

• Deep expertise in credit risk, portfolio management, and loan recovery.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial acumen (P&L management).

• Thorough knowledge of microfinance regulations and AML/CFT frameworks.

• High integrity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
