JOB DESCRIPTION

Amigos SACCO Ltd., a dynamic SACCO on track to become a Top 10 Asset-Leading SACCO in Africa by 2030, seeks a proactive Branch Manager to oversee branch operations including financial mobilization, member service, loan operations, and risk management. Drive membership growth, and mobilize savings while delivering exceptional member service.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales, member service, loan processing, collections, and risk management

• Supervise, coach, and motivate a lean team to achieve performance targets

• Mobilize savings, deposits, and share capital while growing a quality loan portfolio

• Enforce regulatory frameworks, and internal policies

• Design context-specific marketing strategies and contribute to product development

• Deliver data-driven performance reports to upper management

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Educational and Work Experience:           

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
