🎯 Key Responsibilities

• The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality healthcare service delivery.
• Managing, supervising, and coordinating branch staff.
• Developing and implementing branch operational plans and targets.
• Monitoring financial performance, revenue, expenses, and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with patients, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Handling customer/patient concerns and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
• Monitoring staff performance and supporting training and professional development.
• Preparing and submitting regular operational and financial reports to the CEO.
• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of medical equipment, supplies, and other resources.
• Identifying opportunities to improve branch performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a safe, professional, and positive working environment.
