Branch Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, supervising Relationship Officers, ensuring service excellence, and driving branch profitability. Act as the primary operational anchor, ensuring compliance, smooth workflows, and target achievement in the Manager’s absence.

 Duty Station : Adama

Job Requirements

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

• 4+ years of microfinance/banking experience, with 2+ years in senior position.

• Strong knowledge of branch operations, credit processes, and compliance.

• Excellent supervision, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
