Our company Algorithm Trading PLC seeks to hire a Biomedical Engineer who will help us deliver our pharmaceutical and medical devices, systems, and applications.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience

• Hands-on experience using design and calculation software will be advantageous

• Proven expertise in the field of pharmaceutical and medical fields, hospitals, clinics and health posts

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit pharmaceutical and medical project documents

• Design, control, and implement Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Equipment and Solutions

• Install, configure and test pharmaceutical and medical laboratory machines and solutions  

• Provide user training and oversee the commissioning of projects.

• Develop manufacturing processes according to global pharmaceutical and medical codes and standards

• Manage pharmaceutical and medical projects and deliver them on time

• Define customer needs and requirements

• Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes

• Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy machines

• Summarize data and report on test results

• Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets

• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans of projects

• Preparation of annual reports, quarter reports, project reports

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical laboratory machineries manufacturing processes

•  Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical codes and safety standards

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-handling skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Good command of English, with the ability to understand, speak, read, and write effectively.
