Job Description
- Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily logistics, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch operations while maintaining high safety standards and workflow efficiency.
- Assist the Senior Manager with daily administrative, operational, and leadership tasks.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are consistently followed.
- Oversee regular audits to safeguard company assets and prevent losses.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Monitor for theft, damage, and compliance with company policies.
- Support in driving sales and achieving store performance targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
- Oversee and inspect stored items, warehousing, and distribution.
- Supervise warehouse staff, manage scheduling, and enforce safety protocols (OSHA).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audit reconciliation.
- Optimize floor layout, space utilization, and material-handling practices.

Requirements
Educational Requirement
- BA in Logistics/Business Management or Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years in warehouse operation with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
