Aftersales Engineer

E-Ethio Credit System PLC invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Aftersales Engineer at its Aftersales Service Center located in Saris.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate aftersales service operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing activities to ensure compliance with technical standards.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing service-related inquiries, complaints, and technical concerns.

• Coordinate spare parts availability and utilization to support service operations.

• Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians and other relevant personnel.

• Monitor service quality, operational performance, and customer feedback.

• Support the development and implementation of aftersales service strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer retention.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualification

• BSc Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

1. Work Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in spare parts or service operations, marketing, or sales management.

• Experience with Suzuki vehicles and spare parts/service management systems is an added advantage.

1. Required Competencies

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to coordinate service operations and work effectively with a team.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
