Strut Engineering is a reputable company specializing in Structural Design of various projects. it will be and exciting opportunity for a driven Structural Engineer to join this growing structural and civil engineering firm.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects including domestic, commercial developments. Key roles are:

1. Record daily cost transactions.

2. Calculate company costs and expenses.

3. Prepare payroll, invoices, and handle tasks related to withholding, VAT, and other financial matters.

4. Maintain financial documentation and records.

5. Prepare check payment vouchers.

6. Verify petty cash payments and supporting documents before processing or replenishment.

7. Prepare payment requests for check transactions.

8. Reconcile monthly bank statements for all accounts.

9. Prepare  and submit tax authority  forms each month before penalty deadlines to ensure compliance sech as Monthly Income Tax Schedules, pension contribution , withholding tax and vat schedules

10. Ensure financial data confidentiality perform database backups  as needed

6. Duration

1 year contract with a future extension based on performance

Job Requirement (required candidate for the position = 1)

• Required Educational background: Degree. in Accounting and Finance

• General experience: 0-1 years & above as junior accountant

•  Strong knowledge of accounting and principles and practices

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g micro soft office suite ,peachtree ERP and Excel

• Effective time management skills

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy and strong problem-solving skills
