Accountant

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in import operations.

• Quantity Required: 1

• Duty Station: Megenagna

• Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.

• Maintain accurate daily financial records, including accounts payable, account receivable, general ledger and payroll

• Record and post accurate financial transactions and monthly reports through online systems.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS.

• Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills to meet strict reporting deadlines.

• Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• High level of integrity, discretion, and handling of confidential financial information.
