Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, campaigns, and market research.

• Understand customer needs and present appropriate IT, infrastructure, security, and digital solutions.

• Manage end-to-end solution development and bid processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, vendors, and partners.

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and margin targets and regularly track and report performance.

• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and partners while supporting competitive and margin analysis.

• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer databases, sales pipelines, and opportunity reports.

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and other business-development activities.

• Collaborate with Presales, Tender, and other internal teams to develop winning technical and commercial proposals.

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any IT-related field.
• E 1-2+ years of customer-facing, quota-carrying, or sales related experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and working familiarity with CRM software.
• Working knowledge of, or strong interest in, core IT solution areas such as infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or Software Solutions.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
